- Finding the right site including pre-purchase due diligence and suburb/development analysis
- Preparing a feasibility study with development proposals, market research report, costings and timelines and a final recommendation
- Negotiating the land purchase on your behalf
- Seeking council approval’s
- Appointing a builder with a proven track record and competitive pricing
- Providing a house design that will add value to your investment and attract quality tenants
- Seeking permission for any demolition work and oversee the works process
- Managing site clearance including permits to remove trees and engage arborists if required
- Organising site preparation including earthworks and utilities
- Conducting progress inspections and provide you with regular progress reports
- Coordinating yard-work such as fencing, paving, water wise landscaping and the installation of a rainwater tank, utility shed, clothesline and letterbox
- Organising home finishings including floor coverings, kitchen appliances, light fittings, window treatments and television antenna
